Please note all payments must be made on delivery

Outdoor hire:

The bouncy castle must be put on flat grass. We do not hire our bouncy castles outdoors on hard surfaces.

There must be a minimum of an additional 4 ft at the back of the bouncy castle for the blower and 4 ft at the front of the castle for easy access, also there needs to be an additional 2 ft either side of the bouncy castle.

There must be an electrical supply within 50 meters of the area where you want to put the bouncy castle.

Please ensure that there is enough room to bring the castle to the area where you would like it set up as a trolley will be used.

The area where you want the castle must be clear of toys, swings, trampolines, dog mess and stones on the ground or anything else that may obstruct or cause damage to the bouncy castle.

If you would like us to call round to see what bouncy castles will fit and if the area is suitable this is not a problem just give us a call. All outdoor bookings are subject to weather conditions on the day. All deposits are non refundable and in the case of bad weather on the day all bookings are transferable to another date of your choice.

Indoor hire:

Could you please book the venue where the party or event is being held for at least 30 minutes before the start time so we can set up and 30 minutes after the end to give us time to pack up for small packages and 45 minutes for big packages.

If your venue is local to us we are able to visit your venue to check that it is suitable to hold your castle/party in terms of room space and ceiling height.

If the venue needs to see any of our documents insurance, bouncy castle test certificates, PAT testing details, this is not a problem, all documents are available on request.
